Split up into three groups. One will perform accounting duties, the other, inventory, and the last will clean.

Inventory group will compare their number with the accoutnants group to make sure they match up fairly close. If not, double check inventory especially clothing itmes.

Make sure weekly work schedule is posted and all students have seen it.
