Begin auto financing. Use autotrader.com to find and determine the true cost of buying a car on credit.

For the first car you look up make sure it is a car that you would be able to buy within the next couple of years. For the second car, you may choose whatever vehicle you want - maybe your dream car.

Use the loan calculator on the autotrader website (you will have to search for it) to find your monthly payment. Determine hwo much you paid for the car by multiplying your payments by your payment amount. Next subtract the amount you borrowed for the car from the total you paid for the car to determine the finance charge.

Beginning of Stock Tracking assignment. Find four stocks to track. Open this file stock_tracking_chart_graph and save it as stock_market_chart_graph_+your_name in your folder in Linux. Using a newspaper, pick four stocks to follow over the next few weeks. Use nyse.com to find the currrent price of the stock and fill in your chart.

To find a stock, go to the nyse.com page and click on the "Listed Companies" link on the left side of the page. Click on "Overview" then click on the "Alphabet" tab towards the top of the page. Now find a company.
